Ready-Set-Go
This program will introduce children to a variety of different exercises in a structured, safe environment including, but not limited to stretching, kickball, exercises, skipping, hopping, parachute play, and t-ball.
This program will also teach the importance of good sportsmanship and teamwork while playing games.
Adults may be required to participate.
