Our women's health 4 week Run Club program gives females the opportunity to discover the love and many benefits of running. Connecting with nature outside, mental clarity and making running part of your weekly routine. Learning food stretching habits before and after a run, and god form while running. Participants can expect to have fun, get stronger, pick up the pace and go longer. Minimum distance 1.5 miles. One loop in Nature reserve. Good running bra and sneakers required. EHT Running Club T-Shirt provided.
