Trevor has been teaching spin for the past 5 years. He is a lover of music and fitness and loves the energy that music can bring to classes. In his spare time Trevor enjoys the beach and traveling. over the past year Trevor has been able to use spinning and other forms of exercise to lose over 80 pounds. He invites you to come spend an hour with him and do the best you can do; whether that's sitting on the bike pedaling and singing to every song, or just climbing hills and springing into a sweat! The thing he enjoys most about being a spin instructor is the lasting friends he has made at each facility he has taught in.
