This practice is a fusion of Power flow yoga and Pilates. Physical with ease using breath with each movement into each pose. Flowing into stillness with a specific breath. Strengthening the body’s core with low-intensity Pilates exercises. Improve your flexibility through active stretching. Yoga and Pilates are excellent workouts to do on an active recovery day. Yoga mat required.
