Cardio Crush
This high energy 60 minute class will burn calories and build total body strength. We will combine step aerobics with weighted strength training to maximize your heart rate and build muscle. Using a step platform and free wieghts, you’ll tackle high intesity movements and sculpting drills to fire up your metabolism. Get ready to sweat, step and lift! The class concludes with a 15 minute stretch to bring that heart rate down and relax the body. Please bring a mat, water, and towel.
